Our quality capabilities include liquid dye penetrant inspection, non-destructive testing (NDT), and precision dimensional verification using calibrated equipment, including a Brown & Sharpe ONE coordinate measuring machine. These inspections ensure critical features such as concentricity, surface finish, threads, and functional dimensions meet specification.
Quality assurance activities are carried out by trained inspectors following documented procedures. Engineering documentation, CNC programs, and inspection criteria are reviewed and triple-checked prior to release to ensure accuracy and consistency.
